Located in Bondi, Australia, Bondi House is a renovation project of an existing architect-designed house by Madeleine Blanchfield Architects. The architect works with the house’s original indoor-outdoor design by installing a wall of joinery and a new kitchen bench for the best result of the renovation.
Design
The architect loves this house space and its original indoor-outdoor design. A new 7m long kitchen bench is added and a wall of joinery also has been installed to the blank boundary wall. The finishes and lights of the house owners have been upgraded, and new furniture is also added to fill in the spaces.
Interiors
The interiors of this house offer a bright atmosphere that comes from its white ceiling and walls. The combination of different materials such as concrete and wood from the furniture can create an attractive appearance. The renovation can transform this house into a simple and comfortable house for the owner to have a pleasant time with family and friends.
