Linden Hills WeeHouse 2

In 2019, Alchemy Architects purchased a four-module weeHouse called Linden Hills weeHouse®. It is a study in poetry and efficiency located in Minneapolis that was initially built in 2017. The highlight of this project of its unique design and function.

Unique design and function can be found in the original four modules. They also have varying lengths that can create roof decks and overhanging cantilevers that break up the house’s scale, including a dialog between the private and public spaces.

The original exterior of this house was finished with cedar and the siding was painted a rich brown. This house was updated with some changes in 2021: additional site finishing (balconies/porches) and foundation (a two-car garage, a family room, bathroom, utility room).
