This single residential project is completed in 2011 by SAOTA, a modern house that sits high above Clifton in South Africa. Nettleton 198 can connect the hillside garden on the east through its generous living space to the expansive views of the ocean to the west.

The living area is opened to the infinity pool, allowing its residents to enjoy the awesome view of the pool and surrounding landscape. This house is also a combination of some different elements, especially its materials such as wood and concrete.
