Belkin, the division of connected things within the entity formed by Belkin International and Foxconn Interconnect Technology (FIT) announced the audio product on the CES 2020, the SOUNDFORM ELITE ™ Hi-Fi Smart Speaker + Wireless Charger, the first of its kind.
The SOUNDFORM ™ ELITE speaker, developed in collaboration with Belkin and the audio brand Devialet, is a huge step to excite the technophile and mark the beginning of a wider audio portfolio for Belkin while continuing to retain the brand’s global leadership in the fast wireless charging market.
Devialet offers technologies in acoustic architecture, speakers and signal processing, more than 160 patents, and a premium consumer brand. According to the company, the SOUNDFORM ™ ELITE speaker combines high-fidelity sound od up to 90dB SLP maximum volume with fast wireless charging and integration with Google Voice Assistant.
The users of these smart speakers can also recharge their smartphone, play music, get answers and connect multiple speakers enabled with Google Assistant to live an immersive experience in several rooms. They can also control their smart home with exceptionally powerful and clear sound quality.
The collaboration with Belkin in the SOUNDFORM ™ ELITE has allowed Devialet to bring its acoustic knowledge and the best sound architecture of its kind to a new type of innovative product and reach an audience of totally new music lovers around the world.
Devialet worked on acoustic architecture by providing the patented SAM® (Speaker Active Matching), a technology that perfectly interprets the original intention of the content creator with high-fidelity sound reproduction, and the ‘Push-Push’ Woofers architecture.
The characteristic configuration of the Devialet loudspeakers cancels the vibrations while ensuring a deep and impressive sound with implosive bass considering the size of the speaker. This process allows a constant wireless charging experience for Qi-enabled devices of up to 10W without sacrificing the shockingly low levels of audio.
