As usual every year, technology manufacturers have always stolen public attention through the CES event in Las Vegas. For LG, they have prepared three premium class soundbar.
LG is proud to explain that these three soundbars namely SL10YG, SL9YG, and SL8YG models are the result of collaboration with Meridian Audio. Meridian's reputation is actually one of the best in the market, considering that it is the chosen brand of Jaguar and Land Rover in the car audio segment.
Meridian's interference brings technology such as Bass & Space, which is claimed to be able to present a solid bass while perfecting soundstage. Other than that, the Image Elevation technology is embedded in order to present an immersive sensation while consumers watch.
Furthermore, this trio of soundbars also fully supports Dolby Atmos and DTS: X, features that must exist for those who have experience with home theater setups. As a sweetener, LG does not forget to equip the three new soundbars with Google Assistant integration.
Even more interesting, all the lines of LG's latest soundbar already support the built-in Google Assistant. Users can control their soundbar or find information only with standard voice commands, for example, "Hey Google, increase the volume" or "Hey Google, what artist is playing?".
Regarding aesthetics, LG deliberately designed its new soundbar with a simple but elegant form, so that it is easily matched with various room decorations. Because the thickness is only 57 mm, the device can also be attached to the wall without ruining the scenery, and the sound is ensured to remain optimal because the device has a gyroscope to adjust the direction of the sound it produces.
Regarding the marketing schedule and price tag, we still have to wait for the official launch in the next few days.
