This luxurious house is a 2010 project completed by SAOTA Architecture and Design in collaboration with ARRCC for its interiors. Kloof 151 has support facilities that hidden behind a natural sandstone base. Perched overlooking the famous Fourth Beach in Cape Town, South Africa, the area of this project takes 1163 m2 and designed with extensive glass.

It is a modern house designed with complete support facilities. These facilities make this house perfect for those who want to always be active even inside the house. Besides the facilities, this house is also designed with extensive glass so the stunning views can be captured easily.

The extensive glass on this house is screened with timber pergolas. For the shade on the terrace that facing a beautiful pool, the architect uses wood as the main materials. This house is dominated in white that comes from the color of its walls and also furniture. The combination of this color and natural materials can create a balanced appearance between the house and its surrounding nature.
